Tricia Matthews from Fingal County Council, representing Creative Fingal to a Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA)class in Piping and Drumming at our Band hall in Lusk. Creative Fingal has funded the course to which we are extremely grateful. At the conclusion of the course, examinations will take place in Lusk.
